Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution:
- Support the development and execution of category strategies.
- Provide local/regional market insights and participate as an active team member.
- Present recommendations to decision boards for transparent and aligned decision-making.
- Supplier Management and Selection:
- Lead supplier selection processes, including strategic sourcing, RFx, due diligence, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Conduct price and contract negotiations autonomously, aligning with business stakeholders.
- Manage sourcing teams, mentor specialists, and champion the use of digital procurement tools.
- Address and resolve supplier quality, supply, or operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analysis and Documentation:
- Perform cost and proposal analysis, including TCO and benchmarking.
- Compile detailed cost assessments and ensure full project documentation.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Assess supplier financial stability and manage risks.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in tactical procurement, preferably in an international or healthcare context.
- Familiarity with Asia Pacific regulations is a plus.
