The HR Manager will manage daily HR operations, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. Key Responsibilities - Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with department heads to provide strategic HR support.
- Manage organizational change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions.
- Support performance review processes and development planning.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with consistency.
- Manage employee training and development programs.
- Contribute to HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Job RequirementsQualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR; HRBP or HR Manager experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, excellent leadership and communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
