    Job Description

    Job Purpose:
    The Key Account Manager - On-Trade will manage customer relationships and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the On-Trade channel. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing plans for assortment, distribution, brand visibility, and market penetration, with a focus on channel-specific projects to boost brand and sales performance.
    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Contribute to building strategic plans for the On-Trade channel and develop joint business plans with key customers.
      • Manage relationships and business execution with On-Trade partners.
      • Lead channel-specific brand projects to enhance distribution, visibility, and household penetration.
      • Oversee account receivable management and tax closure processes.
    2. Promotion and Sales Forecasting:
      • Develop and evaluate promotional plans by customer, brand, and SKU.
      • Conduct post-promotion analyses to refine future strategies.
      • Prepare accurate sales forecasts.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Strengthen relationships with On-Trade customers to achieve growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience: 6–9 years in sales, including 4–5 years in account management. Proven experience in FMCG and On-Trade business is essential.
    • Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and a hands-on approach. Ability to see the bigger picture while managing details.
    • Language: Fluent in Korean and proficient in English for international collaboration.
    • Personal Attributes: A confident and professional business partner, skilled in building relationships at all levels. Energetic, entrepreneurial, and adaptable with a good sense of humor.
