Job DescriptionJob Purpose The Key Account Manager is responsible for customer management and sales execution within Hypermarket and CLSM channels, focusing on major accounts (e.g., large retail stores). This role includes strategic input for channel and customer strategies, overseeing assortment, distribution, in-store visibility, and market penetration as per the annual business plan. The KAM leads Field Sales Representatives, guiding and coaching them to align in-store execution with strategic goals across key retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy into Action:
- Contributes to strategic planning for the Hypermarket and CLSM channels.
- Manages customer relationships, executes business plans, and ensures assortment/distribution visibility.
- Focuses on sustainable growth with efficient sales promotions and oversees account receivables.
- Sales & S&OP:
- Sales forecasting and promotional planning by customer, brand, and SKU.
- Customer Management:
- Represents the company to build and strengthen relationships with major Hypermarket and CLSM customers.
Job RequirementsQualifications
- Experience: +8 years in sales, with 4-5 years in account management. Experience in FMCG, working with A-brands, and within an international environment.
- Man-management: Strong experience in leading teams.
- Language: Fluent in Korean; basic to advanced English skills preferred.
- Competencies: Strong communication, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, hands-on approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy level.
