HR Business Partner We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with the General Manager of our business division, translating mid-term plans into effective people strategies to achieve business goals. This role will focus on fostering an environment that reflects our strong values, encouraging inclusion, and investing in a workplace that promotes collaboration and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the GM, translating the division’s vision and strategies through a people lens.
- Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design/change management.
- Oversee talent management, including identifying and nurturing key talents, and driving learning and capability development.
- Manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and manage exit processes.
- Act as an emergency responder and the main point of contact for all people matters within the division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 10-12 years' experience in talent management within multinational organizations, preferably in the retail sector or innovative industries.
- Proven track record in organizational change and business transformation.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in local language and English.
