Job Overview:
Take responsibility for the overall digital services objectives and results in South Korea and Japan. Develop and manage digital services strategies to achieve business goals, align service levels with sales and marketing, and promote digital solutions for growth. Oversee new product releases, implement global standards, and manage service contracts, SLAs, and KPIs. Provide remote and onsite services, manage projects, and handle customer escalations. Collaborate across functions, manage budgets, and lead digital service teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital services strategies to meet business goals.
- Align and manage digital service levels and priorities with sales and marketing teams.
- Roll out new product releases, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Implement global service standards and initiatives locally.
- Manage SLAs and service contracts with customers.
- Oversee operational activities, budgets, and external partners.
- Lead technical services and customer dialogues in pre-sales phases.
- Manage digital projects and ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Provide professional and sustaining services to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of digital solutions, trends, and industry competition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base expansion.
- Support regional leadership in operations, service reviews, and process improvements.
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in digital services.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing digital services in a hospital environment.
- Strong project management experience, ideally with engineering focus.
- Experience working across functions, sites, and cultures.
- Proficiency in IT support, data analysis, action planning, and application development.
- Strong knowledge of hospital digital environments (network, equipment, clinical products).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., HL7, TCP/IP) and digital systems (e.g., HIS, EHR, LIS).
- IT skills in MS Office, SAP, cybersecurity, and server management.
- ITIL certification and PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
Preferred Experience: - Digital services experience in a dialysis or similar clinical environment.
- Experience with modern communication software and systems.
- Understanding of e-health, data security, and related digitalization topics.
Soft Skills: - Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
