2)  Position: Senior Store Planning Professional

Report to: Store Planning Manager

 

Achieve the highest output in all FBP store projects.

• Ensure consistency in design and quality for all FBP store projects.
• Maintain and improve store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage FBP store projects as a project manager.
• Prepare and launch project packages with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Retail to select new store locations and optimize store concepts.
• Coordinate retail store design and VM requirements at the design stage.
• Lead pilot projects, set up KPIs, analyze results, and provide feedback.
• Gather operational environment and pre-design requirements with relevant teams.
• Manage and improve construction drawings and contractor quotes.
• Oversee the tender process.
• Supervise quality control, installation, and construction onsite.
• Share project progress and completion reports with relevant teams.
• Obtain LEED certification.
• Prepare store opening guidelines.
• Supervise procurement of import materials.
• Communicate with the Maintenance team for punch list completion.
• Manage inventories.

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related design field.
• Preferred: Architecture major.
• Preferred: Experience in the cosmetics industry.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail design and construction, with strategic store planning involvement.

Required Competencies:

• Advanced knowledge of MS software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working knowledge of graphic & drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
