1) Position
: Senior Event Design Professional
Report to : Event
Manager Achieve the highest output in all F&BP event projects. Lead events to ensure brand presence, drive sales, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:- Manage FBP events as a project manager.
- Propose impactful and iconic event designs tailored to local and TR customers.
- Secure premium event locations through negotiations.
- Achieve successful results in traffic, sales, new recruitment, registration, social buzz, etc.
- Prepare and launch project packages with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and improve construction drawings and contractor quotes.
- Oversee the bidding process to ensure projects are within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise production quality control and onsite installation.
- Continuously manage event location suitability and maintenance post-installation.
- Share project progress and completion reports with relevant teams.
- Prepare event opening guidelines.
- Supervise procurement of import materials and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Manage inventories.
Role Specifications:Academic / Professional Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in a related design field.
- Preferred: Architecture/interior major.
- Preferred: Experience in the cosmetics industry.
Work Experience: - Minimum 7 years of experience in retail design and construction, with strategic store planning involvement.
Required Competencies: - Advanced knowledge of MS software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Working knowledge of graphic & drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Profile:- Background in design, architecture, or related fields.
- Experience in cosmetics or retail design.
- Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and execution.
- Proficient in digital tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills and multilingual abilities are a plus.
