This involves demand planning, sales forecast analysis related data management, as well as supply planning and stock management. Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning: Manage sell-in and sell-out forecast data and actuals for Local and Travel Retail markets. Analyze forecast data in comparison to sell-out, budget, and previous year data and make necessary adjustments.
Supply Planning: Manage stock, in-transit, and global purchase plan data for monthly orders in both Local and Travel Retail markets. Monitor purchase order (PO) and in-transit processes using tracking systems and Travel Retail ERP. Follow up on delivery and payment processes for locally purchased products. Monitor stock reception process by cross-checking with the distribution center (DC), customs clearance, and Operator's ERP team.
Stock Management: Manage inventory data in the ERP and POS systems to ensure accurate data in each system. Provide stock analysis reports and action plans. Report on out-of-stock (OOS) and slow-moving items to the POS and team. Follow up on slow-moving items and end-of-life (EOL) products. Monitor local Supplier Performance Management (SPM) usage and order status with vendors and POS. Participate in forecast validation meetings with the regional forecasting team.
Qualifications: A 4-year university degree. Strong interpersonal communication skills in both English and Korean. At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry or supply chain management field. Previous experience in forecasting within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred. Proficiency in operating computer utilities, including MS Office programs and various logistics and ERP programs.
