본문Job Purpose: The position will be engaged to diverse stakeholders to participate in campaigns to maintain our clean workplace with ESG activities. Also, this position is required to work closely with business stakeholders to guide them about company policies such as Travel and Seal management.
Responsibilities Facility Management & Securities • Handle property related matters such as lease, contract renewals, purchasing, facility/contractor management etc. • Review the expense and manage the items for assets, fixtures and furniture within the budget • Oversee overall security related activities for safeguarding assets of the organization
Office Environment Management • Manage the entire gamut of office functions - company assets including furniture, fixtures and equipment in Korea office • Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed • Improve the work environment including office supplies management and facility check with vendor • Lead change management to encourage employees to keep the clean office through variety activity • Provide a guideline or support for POS opening/closing and newcomer
Vendor Management • Work with several vendors for rental contract, security, delivery, communication, office supplies, office maintenance, etc., and manage their cost and service in a timely manner. • Check and report the accuracy of vendor expense. • Review performance of current supplier’s base on quality standards, delivery time and cost.
Travel Management • Cascade global travel guideline to local • Review & confirm Travel requisition through T&E system
Insurance • Claim management – manage property damage insurance claims if needed • Check and update the information of property (stock + fixtures), event, transit (from global to POS) to the global insurer and report any incidents to the regional insurance team • Estimate insurance cost and scope based on the past year data and incident. • Declare insurance for POS, pop-up, events, etc.
Other duties • Project Management for establishment of new facilities with manager • Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • 3-5 years of experience in office administrative work experience or relevant job experience • Business level English skill • Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills to build relationship across all departments & vendors • Good at figures and detail oriented • Expert in MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word |
