    MISSION

    To support the High-End business development and sales revenue generation in Bulgari for Korea, focusing on expanding our HE client base throughout the country. Support to develop a pool of HE Client Advisors.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    SUPPORT CLIENT PORTFOLIO, NETWORK & CLIENTELING

       Support the annual HE clienteling, CRM and 1:1 activity plan in partnership with Marketing team to identify strategies, actions, products needs to deliver customized communication & personalized and exceptional services to clients that results in strong relationships to drive client loyalty & sales.

       Support and engage in social & business networking in the world of luxury & VIPs with the objective of making connections, personal client portfolio & developing HE sales.

       To support the relations with the customers with a pro-active approach.

       Support Local HE events and ensure excellence CRM activities are executed to engage and excite the clients.

     

    Support the HE development for high-end Club

       Support the HE training material development process.

       Work with the manger in the HE team budget definition for the area of reference and ensure its control.

       Coordinate the development and follow up of action plans related to HE activities.

       Supervise the proper deployment of the HEB related materials.

       Support the organization of the HE seminars.

    TEAMWORK

       Work with respective HE members and Retail team on action plan to enlarge and engage top client base.

       Support that team execute on action plan and achieve sales target.

       Partner with HJ club members in Korea to drive HJ sales for the country.

       Co-work with Retail team and Sales Training team to identify and train potential High-End members.


    REQUIREMENTS

    At least 10 years’ experience in relevant department or business industry

       Entrepreneurial mindset - converting ideas into practical and achievable plans to maximize sales targets

       Interpersonal skill

       Strong in client developing and engagement relations

       Strong client management skills account management, follow up, engages in a commercial & non-commercial manner, patience to develop & nurture the client relationship

       Ambitious and self-motivated

       Determined, tenacious, able to manage stress

       Curious & Cultured

      Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
