PRESS

• Product Placement
• Follow up press/stylists' daily request for product loan to maximize media exposure in all media 
• Print, TV, Digital
• Responsible for store communications on product loan arrangement 
• Liaise with PR agency to maximize celebrity endorsement in media 

PRESS REQUEST

• Disseminate the press release every week/month ensuring sufficient lead time for follow up and further contacts to the individual media
• Handle and follow up press daily requests for shooting, editorials, events, etc. 
• Maintain all PR sources for all product categories including translations
• Support all related details to execute paid editorials based on the guideline from communication manager
• Follow up press request for product caption
• Regular update caption (product information) & price list 

EVENTS

• Event execution and support
• Assist in preparation and execution of local/ overseas events with Press/Influencers/Celebrities 
• Handle various event materials such as invitation, press kits, gifts, shopping bags, and etc.
• Support Marketing events 

REPORTS

• Clippings
• Review coverage reports from assistants
• Share clipping results to stores and related departments Competitors/Trend monitoring 
• Monitor and summarize competitors' PR activities
• Internal report
• Update regular sales flash and monthly report/ Assist in ad-hoc reports
