업무내용:

-      Work with FP&A team to provide strong support for business decisions to commercial stakeholders as a strategic business partner.

-      Participate in Pricing Process and Matrix

-      Revenue Management

-      Understand value chain of the business and explore ways to improve margins

-      Discount Management (decision support, tracking and evaluation)

-      Identifying possible risk areas and mitigating solutions

-      Business partnering with Marketing and / or Commercial Operation on various initiatives, such as pricing, rebates, discounts, etc

-      Contract Management – To support contract approval process with input and analytics on any financial impact.

-      ROI / KPI reviews and effectiveness of market campaigns, customer incentive programs and product launches.

-      Support the process of annual budget and quarterly/monthly/weekly forecast preparation cooperating with business partners throughout the year.

-      Support key financial data in a manner to meet regular reporting requirement and ad-hoc analysis request of Region management.

-      Support P&L and balance sheet forecast/budget to the systems and reconcile those numbers to approved forecast/budget.

-      Monitor revenue (including weekly DMR accuracy) and spending progress and provide analysis (ex, margin by channel, customer P&L, Post review on promotion activities, market trend and competitor analysis) for a basis for management decision making on action plans including investment to meet financial targets.

-      Prepare and report cash flow forecast, working capital analysis Top 25 customers analysis in close collaboration with major stakeholders including Accounting/Logistics team.

-      Manage customer credit limit, margin improvement and vendor/customer master data

-      Support management decision-making, such as profitability by account, return on investment, product analysis, cost control, etc.

-      Support FP&A Manager for development and enhancement of planning processes and systems and pursue process efficiency.

·         Advanced ability to develop Excel/PowerPoint presentations, and occasionally in an environment demanding both accuracy and speed.

·         Strong data analytic skills utilizing MS Excel and other analytic tools such as Tableau and COGNOS while requiring accuracy and speed for the analysis.

·         Strong ability to analyze Actual vs. Plan/Forecast variances and summarize underlying drivers of variances as well as relevance to operations.

·         Strong problem solving and project management skills.

·         English proficiency.

Experience:

·         Minimum Experience: over 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years in commercial finance and working closely with Commercial Functions.

·         Experience in foreign affiliated companies who carry inventory of products.

·         Significant experience in creating, tracking, and controlling financial actual, forecasts and metrics.

·         Experience in creating financial presentations for management.

·         Experience in developing financial models including balance sheets and statements of cash flows, in addition to income statements

·         Experience in Oracle Essbase/ COGNOS / Business Intelligence as a plus.
