- Setup annual marketing plan for the HD products and follow up with detailed execution plan 
- Responsible for preparing Long Range Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting on time 
- Ensure stable supply of machines, disposables and drug products through accurate forecassting processes 
- Develop promotional materials that best conveys company values to customers 
- Train sales teams on products, therapy and detailing methods 
- Internal/external customer engagement and develop customer rapport 
- Collaborate with internal cross fuctional teams (Medical, QA/RA, SFE, Sales, Finance and SCM) and AP region teams

- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales and marketing experience 
- Lifescience or engineering background preferred but not mandatory - Result oriented mindset 
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly 
- Able to engage multiple functional teams with collaborative attitude 
- Excellent Quantitative analytical skills 
- Experience in planning and executing highly effective commercial promotion programs 
- High level of communication skills in English & Korean
